Georgia National

Georgia National is one of the best-kept secrets within Georgia’s golf community! An extremely popular course among Canongate member residents of McDonough and surrounding communities, our members travel across the state to play this gem! Georgia National has hosted such prestigious events as the Women’s US Open Qualifier in 2009 and the Yamaha Atlanta Open and PGA Player Ability test in 2010.

Thanks to everyone for the great feedback. I would like to pass the word that the golf course is in awesome shape. With the help of the cooler weather the entire eighteen holes are open and ready for play. The trip to the south side is worth it.

Most of the greens are holding on, but there are a couple of temporary greens on the back.
