Hamilton Mill

Hamilton Mill, located just northeast of Atlanta in Dacula, Georgia, was co-designed by two masterful golf course designers, Fred Couples and Gene Bates.  With its panoramic views, playable Bermuda grass fairways, undulating bentgrass greens and impeccable, year-round conditioning, it's no wonder that Hamilton Mill is a favorite among Atlanta golfers.

Members and guests alike will be delighted with this stunning, par-72 course, that although just minutes off Highway I-85, will feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of reality. This is a world-class course, well deserving of its frequent recognition as one of Atlanta’s Top 10 golf courses.

Walking is permitted after 2:00 PM on weekends/holidays.

A great course and facilities.

Greens are now perfect but a little slow. Fairways are nice and tee boxes are nice.

Played early Sunday morning 7:46. The course was great but the person who checked us in could use a course in customer service. As I approached the counter he did not make eye contact with me or even look up from his monitor to acknowledge that a person was standing there in front of him. I said nothing, expecting that he would "deal" with me whenever he had the opportunity. After a good uncomfortable moment of silence he finally (without looking up) asked what he could do for me. At this point I realized he didn't want anything but the facts which I immediately gave him (Name, Member #, Tee time). He is still looking down at his monitor and clicking away. After doing some further clicking he asked "What was that member number?" (Really?!) I gave it to him again along with with my debit card. These were the only words spoken between us. He took my card and gave me my receipt to sign. There was not a "Thank You, "Sign this copy" nothing. Very rude! I didn't think too much of it at the time until I spoke with my guest on the first tee box. My guest had almost the exact same experience when he checked in. I don't know if this person was having a bad day already or just didn't have his coffee yet. But, he needs to know this is not the way to treat people, especially YOUR CUSTOMERS! The Starter, Marshals, and all of the other staff were friendly and respectful.
