Mirror Lake Golf Club
Mirror Lake, located just west of Atlanta in Villa Rica, Georgia, is a Rocky Roquemore and Jeff Burton creation that has been delighting Canongate Atlanta members and guests ever since its opening in 1999. Although it opened as a 27-hole golf course, the addition of nine more holes in November of 2006 made Mirror Lake a 36-hole facility.
Mirror Lake is set on the shore of the beautiful, 100-acre Mirror Lake and the modern design of the course features some of the area’s most spectacular views.
Atlanta golfers who choose to make the short drive on I-20 to visit Mirror Lake are always enjoy with the challenge of the four distinct nines and five tee options.
Mirror Lake is open seven days a week. Walking is permitted after 3:00 PM on weekends/holidays.

Ronald Gibson, 11/6/2012 10:41:39 AM EST The coarse is in excellent shape and the greens are really fast.
Kenneth Strickland, 7/12/2012 4:24:58 PM EST Greens are a little slow but in great shape for the heat we have had. Grounds crew is doing a great job!!!
Scott Bray, 7/7/2012 6:43:27 AM EST These two courses are very challenging but the most fun I've had on a course! The crew has done an awesome job at keeping Mirror Lake one of the nices courses around Atlanta.
Gregory Perry, 5/15/2012 1:46:16 PM EST There are several holes here on both the Mountain and Lake courses that look as they you are playing on one of those courses that they use to make calendars. I challenge anyone to find 2 finishing holes in the Atlanta area that are more beautiful than #17 and #18 on the Lake course. Make sure you bring your sand wedge! Lots of bunkers on both courses.
Christopher Aisenbrey, 4/9/2012 3:08:14 PM EST This is where I play most of the time. There is definite improvement in the conditions on both courses. Some of the issues could be addressed if members chose to fill divots with sand and fix ball marks on the greens. The maintenance staff should focus on making the bunkers more consistent, leveling and over seeding the teeing areas and getting some grass to grow around the edges of many off the greens. Overall, two strong layouts and a real challenge.
John McConnell, 3/23/2012 9:59:51 AM EST Twenty-seven of the best golf holes CG has to offer and maybe the best ground crew.
Charles Clayton, 3/13/2012 6:53:05 PM EST Can you ask Ben Schwederer if those grips for the clubs I ordered come in black or neon green instead of blue. If Not I want the blue ones .
Craig Samuels, 2/28/2012 9:48:47 PM EST The course plays very well, fairways need minor repair of divots. The 18th hole on the Mtn course need work in the fairway near the water. The clearing of weeds has really made the course look like a "mirror", it is beautiful. Additional work on weeds in the lake and waterways is needed on the Mtn course #8,9; Lake #s 8. The best practice facility in the family of courses. Overall, the maintenance of the course has been vastly improved. Hats off to the maintenance crew.
Christopher Kim, 1/2/2012 8:54:29 PM EST Course is prob 4.3/5 stars but the practice facility is excellent!
Christopher Kim, 12/23/2011 10:04:08 AM EST You call to make the tee times...
Jong-jo Kim, 9/28/2011 10:48:10 AM EST Can I get 3 times from 7:30~ in the morning on lake or mountain course and 3 tee times from 13:30~ in the afternoon on lake or mountain course on this saturday?
Craig Samuels, 8/9/2011 3:01:34 PM EST Mountain Course: The course is in excellent conditions, fairways, rough. The only drawback are the greens which are beginning to show disease. From tee to green the course looked very good.
Darren, 8/2/2011 12:01:30 PM EST This is a great course, water everywhere, but rewarding if you make a great shot. Number 15 on the Mountain and 18 on the lake are awe inspiring holes. Great place to play!
Olajuwon Ajanaku, 7/22/2011 12:20:27 AM EST It was in pretty good shape, few bare spots here and there but it was good.

SAM, 7/18/2011 5:01:10 PM EST everything is in great shape from tee box to greens, this no course for a hacker!!! The hunt is on and the occasional golfer is the prey!!! If your a serious GOLFER these are the tracks for you. If you're looking for a push over course, try WEST PINES!!!!
Robert, 7/15/2011 8:31:31 PM EST If you only play two golf courses this summer, be sure neither is Mirror Lake. You've got to be kidding me? 36 holes of poorly laid out pure frustration. Tight fairways, uneven tee boxes, poorly maintained bunkers with lots of rocks in them, greens that will give you motion sickness, pins sticking out of the ground sideways. The list goes on. You need to be a 6 handicap or better to somewhat enjoy this catastrophe of a course design. Times are too tough to spend money getting frustrated. If this place is going to survive long term they are going to have to offset the difficult design by easing up on the tee and pin placements, providing the weekend warrior a better opportunity to score.
Eddie, 7/9/2011 1:04:18 PM EST Nothing special
Anonymous, 6/27/2011 11:16:31 PM EST Challenging but fun. Course is in great shape.
Terry Sullivan, 6/25/2011 6:19:17 PM EST The fairsways are not thick enough, not on par with some other Cannongate courses I have played recently.
Michael Horn, 6/25/2011 11:36:13 AM EST Mirror Lake is one of the best courses in the area. Especially since members now have access to the Georgian.
Daffy Duck, 6/22/2011 6:01:49 PM EST Never played here and I don't want to.

Willstorm, 6/16/2011 1:16:30 PM EST Course designer was either drunk or just had a fight with his wife when he laid these courses out. Management does nothing to help the first-time player know what he is hitting into on holes like L-17, M-10, M-16(?), M-18. Possibly a fun track for a frequent player but frustrating as hell for a first-timer. No GPS on the carts makes it all pure guesswork. Canongate could do better.
Layton, 5/25/2011 7:49:05 AM EST Excellent variety of holes, greens excellent, staff is top notch.

Chris Hodges, 4/28/2011 1:40:21 PM EST Both the Mountain and the Lake courses are great tracks. Some easier holes, many challenging ones. The Lake course can play a bit easier than the Mountain, but both are very challenging tracks.
Chad Rothschild, 4/14/2011 12:12:07 PM EST Mirror Lake has 2 great tracks and they are completely different which is nice. The lake course is better in my opinion and a great overall layout and if I was only playing one, would choose it. The mountain course is good too and really so different. Amazing to have 2 course so different on the same piece of land. Highly recommend. Course is usually in very good condition and greens are typically very good.
